Yes — every new dog goes through a temperament assessment before joining the pack. This is all about making sure your dog has a safe, positive first day. Most dogs pass on their first visit. If we have concerns, we'll provide the best next step.

Drop-off runs 7am–10am through our drive-thru lane. Pick-up is 4pm–6pm. Dogs need to arrive during the drop-off window so they can join the morning pack properly. Late arrivals may not be accepted that day — just a heads up.

Group daycare works best for dogs who are comfortable around others. If your dog has had issues in the past, reach out before applying — our training program may be a smarter first step. Building confidence and social skills there often makes daycare go much better when they're ready.

We require up-to-date Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Records can be uploaded during your application — we'll flag anything missing before day one. No surprises on arrival.

Dogs arrive 7am–10am and settle into the morning pack. Pack Leader supervised play runs 7am–2pm across our 10-acre property — including time near the pond. Built-in rest periods break up the day. After 2pm, activity winds down ahead of pick-up. They go home genuinely tired.

Yes. Daycare members receive priority booking for boarding stays and grooming appointments each month so they can keep their spot, plus 10–15% off depending on your membership tier.
