Getting your dog ready for their stay
Our boarding process starts before your dog’s overnight stay. We make sure every dog is a great fit, so their stay is safe, social and stress-free. Here’s what to expect, from application to the first night.every day after. Here’s what to expect, from application to first drop-off.

Apply Online.
A short form about your dog — their breed, age, energy level, and anything we should know.

Trial Overnight Assessment
Your dog joins us for a full daycare and overnight experience. This helps us ensure they’re comfortable in our environment before a long stay.

Drop Off & Relax
Drop them off and go, We handle everything from supervision to play time and rest, while keeping you in the loop every step of the way. You’re in good hands with our Pack Leader staff.

Get Approved
Once approved, we’ll walk you through booking, packing guidelines, and what to expect during their stay.

We’re happy to walk you through everything before your dog’s first visit.

While some items are good, we prefer you not to bring all your dog’s items from home. We ask that you do bring your dog’s food, medication, a leash and collar. We provide bedding & bowls.

It's more common than you'd think. We recommend a Trial Day before their first boarding stay so your dog can explore the space, meet the team, and arrive on their first real night already feeling comfortable. It makes a significant difference — book a tour and we'll walk you through it.

Drop-off runs 7am–10am through our drive-thru lane. Pick-up is 4pm–6pm. Early check-ins and late pick-ups can sometimes be arranged depending on availability — just ask when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate.

We require up-to-date Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Records should be sent before your dog's first stay — upload them during booking. We'll confirm everything is in order before their arrival.

We administer medications as directed — just add clearly labelled doses and written instructions to your ProPet account. We can confirm our team is comfortable with the specific requirements.
